Apple bills every Titan subscription, so you change or cancel it on Apple's subscriptions page. Titan links to that page from Settings and from the onboarding plans screen. This article covers both links, when a cancellation takes effect, and what Lifetime and Ask to Buy mean for billing.
01Open Manage Subscription
Tap the avatar on Today, then You > Settings > About & Legal > Restore Purchases / Manage Subscription. The Subscription screen has three cards.
- Status reads Lifetime unlocked, Subscription active, or No active subscription detected.
- Plans lists the Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime products and has a Refresh button.
- The last card holds Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription.
Tap Manage Subscription. Titan opens apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions, which lists the subscriptions on your Apple Account. Choose Titan there to switch plans or cancel.
The onboarding plans screen has the same Manage Subscription link. It sits next to Restore Purchases, below Continue Without Purchase, and opens the same Apple page.
02When a cancellation takes effect
Monthly and Annual renew automatically. The plans screen states Apple's rule. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancel inside that 24-hour window and Apple can still charge you for the next period.
After you cancel, the period you already paid for runs to its end date. Titan rechecks your purchases each time the Subscription screen opens. Status reads Subscription active until that end date passes.
03Lifetime has nothing to cancel
Lifetime is a one-time purchase that never renews. It does not appear on Apple's subscriptions page and never needs cancelling.
Status shows Lifetime unlocked whenever Titan finds a Lifetime purchase, even if a Monthly or Annual plan is also active. If you bought Lifetime while subscribed, open Manage Subscription and cancel the recurring plan yourself. Titan does not cancel it for you.
04Ask to Buy and pending purchases
With Ask to Buy on in Family Sharing, a purchase waits for the family organizer to approve it. The Subscription screen shows "Purchase pending approval." The onboarding plans screen shows "Purchase is pending approval." Nothing unlocks while the request waits.
After the organizer approves, open the Subscription screen or tap Refresh on the Plans card. Titan reads your purchases again and updates Status. If Status still reads No active subscription detected, tap Restore Purchases and follow restore purchases. For anything else, use the contact page.
