Wearables
Supported Wearables
Titan currently supports the following wearables for health and fitness data integration:
- Apple Watch Comprehensive health, workout, and activity tracking through HealthKit.
- Oura Ring Sleep, activity, and recovery tracking via Apple Health integration.
- Whoop Activity, sleep, and recovery metrics via Apple Health integration.
See each device's support page for details on available data and integration steps.

Note
- Oura Ring does not export HRV or resting heart rate to Apple Health.
- Whoop does not export HRV or mindful minutes, and weight is not available.
- Apple Watch provides the most comprehensive data set via HealthKit.

Key Considerations and Limitations for Non-Apple Devices
When using non-Apple wearables (such as Oura Ring and Whoop) with Titan via Apple Health integration, please keep in mind the following:
- Data Availability Not all metrics collected by your wearable are shared with Apple Health. For example, Oura does not export Heart Rate Variability (HRV) or resting heart rate (RHR), and Whoop does not export HRV or certain recovery metrics.
- Sync Timing Data from non-Apple devices may not sync to Apple Health in real time. There can be delays after an activity or sleep session before data appears in Titan.
- Data Variations Some metrics (like sleep stages, heart rate, or calories) may differ slightly between your wearable's app and Apple Health due to differences in data processing, rounding, or time intervals.
- Duplicate Data If you use multiple devices (e.g., Apple Watch and Oura or Whoop), step counts and workouts may overlap or be double-counted. You can prioritize your preferred device as the data source in Apple Health settings.
- Activity Rings Steps and workouts from non-Apple devices may not contribute to all Apple Health activity rings (e.g., Oura steps do not count toward the Stand Ring).
- Permissions You must enable Apple Health integration in your wearable's app and grant all necessary permissions in both Apple Health and Titan for data to sync.
- Platform Limitations Apple Health integration is only available on iOS devices. Android users cannot use HealthKit-based integrations.
- Known Issues Syncing issues or missing data may occur due to updates or changes in the wearable's app, Apple Health, or iOS. Check the device's support resources for troubleshooting.
