Titan shows a banner at the top of Today when it can't read Apple Health. This article covers the three banner states and what each button does. It also covers the case with no banner at all, where you denied some permissions and scores stay blank.
01The three banners
Tap the banner to open a small sheet with the same title and one or two buttons. Titan runs your choice after the sheet closes.

Health Access Needed
This banner appears when iOS reports that Titan hasn't asked for some Health data types yet. Tap Request Access to bring up the iOS Health permission sheet. After you respond, Titan checks its access again and reloads your metrics.
Health Data Error
The sheet shows the error text under the message. One common text is "Health authorization status is unknown." Tap Retry and Titan checks access again and reloads the day. A failed Request Access also lands here, with the reason iOS gave.
Health Data Unavailable
iOS reports that this device can't store Health data, so Titan has nothing to read. Open Settings is the only button. Titan needs an iPhone with the Health app.
02Denied permissions show no banner
iOS never tells an app which read permissions you denied. After you answer the permission sheet once, iOS reports that Titan has asked. Titan then shows no banner, even if you turned every switch off. The denied data simply never arrives. Recovery, Sleep, or other scores stay empty with no error.
Titan can't tell which switch is off, so turn them all on.
- Open the Health app.
- Tap your profile picture in the top right.
- Under Privacy, tap Apps, then Titan.
- Tap Turn On All.
- Return to Titan and pull down on Today to refresh.
03Health Permissions in Titan
Titan has a shortcut to the same switches. Tap the avatar on Today, then You > Settings > Health & Connected Apps > Health Permissions. This row opens Titan's page in iPhone Settings. Tap Health on that page to see the permission list and turn everything on. The Open Settings button in each banner sheet goes to the same page.
