Exporting diagnostics for support

Where to find Export Diagnostics in Titan, what the file contains and leaves out, and how to get it to support.

Published September 24, 2026

Titan can export a diagnostics file that shows support how the app is set up on your iPhone. This article covers where the export lives, what the file holds and leaves out, and how to get it to support.

01Where to find it

  1. On Today, tap your avatar to open You.
  2. Tap Help & Feedback. The screen that opens is titled Help & Support.
  3. Tap Export Diagnostics.

Titan builds the report, shows "Diagnostics report generated." under the buttons, and opens the iOS share sheet. The file is JSON and its name carries the date and time of the export. Choose Save to Files to keep a copy you can find later.

02What the file contains

  • The export time, Titan's version and build number, your iOS version, your locale, and your time zone.
  • Your preferences. Unit system, whether energy shows in kilojoules, the Recovery and Stress baseline windows in days, whether notifications are on, your sleep tracker, the sleep debt threshold in hours, Rest Mode, training goal, the Training Load workout limit, and whether a custom max heart rate is on along with its value in bpm.
  • Health access status. Whether Apple Health is available on the device, and whether iOS reports that Titan still needs to show the Health permission prompt.
  • Record counts from Titan's on-device store. The number of saved daily metric records, daily score records, journal tag entries, and connected accounts, plus whether the store opened at all.

03What the file leaves out

The file holds no Health samples, so no heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, workouts, or steps. It holds no Recovery, Sleep, or other scores, only a count of saved score records. It holds no name, no profile details, and no journal content. iOS does not tell apps which Health read permissions you allowed, so the file cannot list them.

04Sending it to support

The contact page form takes text only and has no file upload. Pick App Feedback, enter your name and email, and describe the problem in the Message box. Say what Titan showed and that you have a diagnostics file. Support replies to the email you entered, and you can attach the file to that reply.

Export the file right after the problem happens so the counts and permission status match what you saw. For blank scores, read Health Access Needed first.
