Track your long-term progress in Titan

Where Titan shows long-term progress in Trends, Workouts and the You screen, and how Journal Insights connects tags with changes in your scores.

Titan shows long-term progress in three places. Trends charts your training and recovery over up to a year. Workouts counts your sessions, streaks and best efforts. The You screen keeps your training target, fitness baselines, body measurements and yearly totals together. Journal Insights compares tagged days with untagged days to show which habits line up with changes in Recovery and Sleep.

Tap the Trends tile on Today. The tile shows your current training load ratio with a 7-day training load sparkline. The period menu at the top of Trends sets one range for every chart, with 30 Days, 60 Days, 6 Months and Year to choose from. Trends opens on Year. The Trends guide covers every chart in detail.

The Training load chart plots long-term load and short-term load. The line under it gives the load ratio, short-term load divided by long-term load, with a label from Low to Risk. A shaded band marks the middle 50% of your long-term load values for the period. It appears once the period has long-term load on at least 28 days and on 80% of its days. The band describes your history and sets no target. Training load explains each line.

Below it, Training load focus splits your load into Low aerobic, High aerobic and Anaerobic. Cardio distribution stacks your weekly minutes in Zones 2 to 5. Recovery vs exertion and Training balance show how effort and recovery moved together. The screen also charts VO2 max, heart-rate recovery, HRV variation, workout distance and, when you log it in Health, mood. The VO2 max, heart-rate recovery and distance charts filter by activity type.

02Workouts

Tap the Workouts tile on Today, or touch and hold the Titan icon on your Home Screen and choose Workouts. The tile shows this week's workout count, with an arrow comparing it to last week. The Workouts guide covers each section.

This week shows sessions, distance and duration. Tap a number to split it by activity. Weekly activity charts your active minutes for each day of the current week. The Calendar shows one month at a time. Tap a day to list its sessions. Recent sessions lists your latest workouts. All sessions groups your history by month and filters by Workout Type and Year.

Progress and effort breakdowns starts with two counters. Active days counts the days with a workout in the month shown on the calendar. Week streak counts consecutive Monday-to-Sunday weeks with at least one workout, back from the current week, up to 52. It reads 0 until you record a workout this week.

Top Efforts ranks sessions by effort score for This Week or This Month. The effort score comes from time in each heart rate zone, and workouts without heart rate fall back to their duration. A second This Week and This Month picker sets the four cards that follow. Number of Workouts, Active Time, Distance and Energy Burned each compare the current period with the previous one and split the total by activity.

The last card recaps the previous calendar month. It shows active time and energy burned, plus your most frequent activity, the activity you spent the most time on and the activity with the highest calorie burn.

03The You screen

Tap your avatar at the top left of Today. The Your Training card shows your training goal and your sessions in the last 7 days against your weekly sessions target. The target is 7 until you set one. Tap the card to change the goal or the target.

Your Fitness lists VO2 max, HRV baseline and resting heart rate baseline, with a VO2 max sparkline for the last 30 days. Body & Measurements tracks weight, lean body mass and body fat, with a weight sparkline for the last 30 days. See your profile.

The Your Year card counts workouts in the current calendar year. Tap it for a recap of the year's workouts, with totals for active time, distance and energy, your most frequent activity and the one you spent the most time on, and weekly averages. Two tables follow. This Year totals steps, active energy and workouts, with your average sleep. Activity · Last 7 Days gives the same four figures for the past week.

04How Journal tags explain changes

Journal Insights compares your scores on days you tagged with days you did not. Pick Recovery or Sleep as the target, then a metric. Recovery offers Recovery Score, Stress Score and Resilience Score. Sleep offers Sleep Score and Sleep Debt.

Titan looks at the last 60 days. For each tag, it averages the metric on days with the tag and on days without it. Impact is the difference as a percentage of the untagged average. If your Recovery averages 60 on untagged days and 54 on tagged days, the tag shows an impact of −10%. The Factors list ranks tags by the size of the impact in either direction. Tags used on fewer than 3 days move to a Low Confidence list.

The Impact Chart shows the metric over the 60 days and highlights the days a tag was active. A tag that shares its days with travel or a hard training block picks up their effect too. Tag past days as well as today to give the comparison more data. Journal Insights covers the view in full.
