You holds your profile, your daily targets and a summary of your Apple Health data. This article covers how to open it, what each field does, and what each card shows.
01Open You
Tap your avatar in the top left corner of Today. You has two buttons in the top right corner. The bell opens Notifications and the gear opens Settings.
02Edit your profile
The first card shows your name and your age, which Titan reads from the date of birth in Apple Health. Tap the card to open Your Profile. Tap Save to keep changes. The back button discards them. Save stays disabled while the name is empty.
- Edit Photo sets your profile photo, which also becomes your avatar on Today.
- Full Name appears on the You card.
- Health Goal offers Lose Weight, Gain Muscle and Build Endurance. Titan stores your choice and shows it on this screen. No score or target reads it. Your training goal is the setting that drives Target Exertion, Target Sleep and Training Load coaching.
Daily targets
| Target | Range | Step | Default |
|---|---|---|---|
| Sleep Goal | 4 to 12 h | 0.5 h | 8 h |
| Daily Step Goal | 1,000 to 30,000 | 500 | 10,000 |
Sleep Goal is the target duration in your Sleep Score and the target hours on the Sleep detail. When you change it, Titan recalculates recent Sleep Scores. Sleep debt uses the separate Sleep Debt Threshold, covered in sleep debt.
Daily Step Goal sets the goal on the Steps card on Today, the goal line in the Steps detail, and the On Track percentage in Your Fitness.
03Your Training
This card shows your training goal and your workouts from Apple Health in the last 7 days against your Sessions per Week target. Tap it to change the goal, the session target from 1 to 30, Rest Mode and heart rate settings.
04Summary cards
Each card opens a detail screen. A dash means Apple Health has no value for that measurement yet.
Your Fitness
The card lists VO₂ Max, HRV Baseline and RHR Baseline above a 30-day VO₂ max chart. Each baseline tile is the median of your daily values over your recovery baseline window of 7, 30 or 60 days, chosen during setup. The default is 60 days. A baseline needs at least 7 days of data covering 60% of the window. The detail screen adds Resting HR, HRV, Walking Speed, Respiratory Rate, Blood Oxygen and On Track. On Track is your last 7 days of steps divided by seven times your daily step goal. See baselines.
Body & Measurements
The card shows your latest weight with a 30-day chart. The detail screen adds Lean Body Mass, Body Fat, Height and BMI. Titan estimates lean body mass as weight times one minus body fat percentage.
Your Year
The card counts your workouts this calendar year. The detail screen adds Steps, Active Energy, Workouts and average sleep for the last 7 days.
Biological Details
This row shows Sex, Blood Type and Skin Type from Apple Health. Change them in the Health app.
05Settings and help
The gear on You opens Settings. Below the summary cards, Help & Feedback opens Help & Support, where you can export a diagnostics report, open iOS Settings to review permissions, and check Background Refresh Status. Settings has the same Help & Support row under About & Legal. For anything else, use the contact page.
