Titan gives you two shortcuts into the app. You can long press the Titan icon on your Home Screen and pick a screen, or open a titan:// link from the Shortcuts app. This article lists each quick action and every link Titan handles.
Quick actions on the Home Screen
Long press the Titan icon to see the menu. Titan registers these quick actions each time it launches.
- Today has the page icon. It brings Titan to the front. A fresh launch lands on the Today screen. If you left a screen open, Titan keeps it open.
- Workouts has the running figure icon. It clears any open screens and opens Workouts on top of Today.
- Journal has the tag icon. It clears any open screens and opens the Journal on top of Today.
The quick actions work whether Titan is closed or already running in the background. After Workouts or Journal opens, tap Back to return to Today. The Journal has no button on Today, so this menu is the fastest way to tag a day. See the Journal guide for tagging.
Links you can open from Shortcuts
Titan responds to links that start with titan://. To use one, create a shortcut in the Shortcuts app, add the Open URLs action, and paste the link. You can then run it from a Home Screen icon, the Action button, or Siri. The same links also work from Safari or a note.

Each link except the plain Today link clears any open screens first. So Back always returns you to Today. If you pass a focus value Titan does not recognize, the link opens Today with no detail. Capital letters in the screen name or focus value make no difference.
The widgets use the same focus links. Tapping a Recovery, Exertion, or Battery widget opens that detail.
