The Titan watch app shows the results Titan on iPhone calculated and sent. It does not score Apple Health data on the watch. When the watch looks out of date, either the iPhone has not refreshed Today or the watch cannot reach the iPhone. Work through the checks below in order.
01Refresh Today on iPhone
Titan on iPhone sends new results to the watch after it refreshes Today. Open Titan on your iPhone and pull down on Today. When the refresh finishes, open Titan on the watch. The time at the top of the watch's Today screen shows when the iPhone last updated those results. The iPhone sends results only while Today shows the current day.
The Refresh button on the watch, and pulling down on the watch's Today screen, ask the iPhone for the results it last saved. That request does not make the iPhone read Apple Health again. If Health has new data, refresh Today on the iPhone first.
02Status messages on the watch
The watch keeps the last results it received, and Titan opens with them even when your iPhone is out of range. Each value keeps its original date, and Titan Age keeps its scored week. While the watch cannot reach the iPhone, watchOS shows a red iPhone icon with a line through it at the top of the screen.
This clears once your iPhone is nearby.
When the watch asks for an update, circular arrows replace the update time at the top of Today. If the update fails, Titan shows one of these status lines above the Refresh button.

When the iPhone comes back in range, the watch asks for an update on its own. The red icon and the status line clear, and the update time returns. If the watch already holds the latest results, the numbers stay as they are.
03Gray bars and No data
Refresh Today on iPhone to fill these in.
A section the watch has not received yet shows a gray bar in place of each value. That bar holds the section's layout and fills in when the iPhone sends it. It points to a connection or refresh problem.
A value that shows No data means the iPhone finished reading that day and found nothing to report. Titan Age shows No scored week when there is no completed week to score, and Needs history when it has an estimate without a four-week change. Titan never shows zero in place of a missing value. For No data, confirm the reading exists in Apple Health.
04Keep iPhone nearby and Titan installed
Keep your iPhone nearby with Bluetooth turned on. The watch receives new results when it can reach the iPhone.
The iPhone sends results only to a paired watch with Titan installed. On your iPhone, open the Watch app, tap My Watch, and scroll to Available Apps. If Titan appears there, tap Install.
05Check Health access and the reading
The watch can only show what Titan on iPhone can read. If you denied Health access to a data type, the scores that need it stay blank on the iPhone and the watch alike. Health permissions lists every type Titan reads, and Health Access Needed explains the banners on Today and how to fix denied access.
Open the Health app on your iPhone and confirm the reading exists for today. If Health has it and Titan on iPhone does not, pull down on Today again. If older days on iPhone look wrong, Resync, caches and large histories covers the resync actions.
06Titan Age differs between watch and iPhone
Both show the same Titan Age estimate. The watch pairs it with the four-week change, an arrow and a number of years, such as a down arrow and 3.6 years. Titan on iPhone also compares your estimate with your actual age, such as 3.8 years younger. The two figures measure different things, so they rarely match. Titan Age explained covers both.
Titan Age changes once a week. A new estimate appears after the Monday-to-Sunday week closes, so the watch keeps the same Titan Age until then.
