The Titan widget puts one saved score on your wrist without opening the app. You choose Recovery, Sleep, Exertion, Battery, or Titan Age, and the widget works in the Smart Stack and as a watch face complication. It reads the same saved results as the Titan watch app, so the widget and the app show the same numbers.
01One score with its date
In the Smart Stack, the widget shows the metric's name and icon, its value, and the day or week that value belongs to. A Recovery widget reads 100, with Today · 9:54 AM beneath it. The time is when Titan on iPhone last updated your daily scores. A Titan Age widget reads 31.2 yr, with Week of Sep 14, 2026 beneath it. Titan Age covers a completed Monday-to-Sunday week, so the widget names the week the estimate was scored.

Each date shows when Titan scored it.
| Metric | Value |
|---|---|
| Recovery | A score from 0 to 100 |
| Sleep | A score from 0 to 100 |
| Exertion | A score from 0 to 10, with one decimal place |
| Battery | A percentage |
| Titan Age | An estimate in years, with one decimal place |
After midnight, a daily score from the day before stays on the widget until your iPhone sends a new one. The date line then reads Earlier followed by that score's date, such as Earlier · Sep 25, 2026. Titan Age keeps its Week of label for the whole week, because a new estimate appears only after the next week closes.
02Waiting for iPhone and No data
The widget never shows zero in place of a missing value. It shows Waiting for iPhone until the watch has received its first results from your iPhone. When your iPhone has finished reading a day and found no value, a daily score shows No data and Titan Age shows No scored week. For the reasons a value can be missing, see Titan on Apple Watch is not updating.
03Add the widget to the Smart Stack

Scroll past your last widget to find Edit.
- On the watch face, turn the Digital Crown or swipe up from the bottom of the screen to open the Smart Stack.
- Scroll to the bottom of the stack and tap Edit.
- Tap the + button.
- Scroll to Titan and tap it.
- Choose Recovery, Sleep, Exertion, Battery, or Titan Age.
Repeat the steps to add a second metric. To keep a Titan widget at the top of the stack, tap Edit again and tap the pin button beside it.
04Add Titan to a watch face
The same widget works as a complication in three shapes. The circular complication shows the metric's icon, its value, and the month and day. The rectangular complication matches the Smart Stack layout. The inline complication fits the metric, value, and date on one line of text beside the icon. On a daily score from an earlier day, the circular and inline complications swap the metric's icon for a clock.
- Touch and hold the watch face, then tap Edit.
- Swipe left until you reach the complications.
- Tap the slot you want to change.
- Scroll to Titan and choose a metric.
- Press the Digital Crown to save your changes, then tap the face to use it.
Each slot on a face accepts certain shapes, and Titan appears only in slots that take a circular, rectangular, or inline complication. Titan has no corner complication, so corner slots do not list it.
05Updates arrive from your iPhone
The widget never reads Apple Health and never calculates a score. It redraws when the watch receives new daily scores or a new Titan Age from your iPhone, and once more at midnight to update the date line. The midnight redraw changes only the date line. The value stays the same.
New numbers reach the watch after Titan on iPhone refreshes Today. If the widget looks out of date, open Titan on your iPhone and pull down on Today. Titan on Apple Watch is not updating covers the rest of the checks.
