The Titan watch app puts your Today results on your wrist. Titan Age, Recovery, Sleep, Exertion, your vitals, and the rest of the day's numbers sit on one screen that you scroll with the Digital Crown. Every value comes from Titan on iPhone, so the watch and the phone show the same results.

Titan Age changes weekly, the rings daily.
01Titan Age
Titan Age is Titan's weekly estimate of your age from your sleep, daily movement, training, and fitness. The watch shows the estimate in years, then how far it has moved over the past four weeks. A down arrow means your Titan Age fell over those four weeks, and an up arrow means it rose. A sideways arrow means it moved less than 0.05 years.
The line "Week of Sep 14" names the completed week, Monday through Sunday, that produced the estimate. The value holds for the whole week and changes only after Titan on iPhone scores the next completed week. If Titan has no scored week from four weeks earlier to compare with, the change line reads Needs history. Before Titan has scored any week, the watch shows No scored week.
Titan Age on iPhone also compares your estimate with your actual age, for example "3.8 years younger". That comparison uses your date of birth. The watch compares this week's estimate with the estimate from four weeks earlier. The two numbers measure different things, so they usually differ.
02Recovery, Sleep, and Exertion
The three rings are today's Recovery, Sleep, and Exertion scores. Recovery and Sleep run from 0 to 100. Exertion runs from 0 to 10 and shows one decimal place.
Exertion target is the range of Exertion Titan recommends for today. Titan sets it from your training goal, today's Recovery, and your Exertion over recent days. The Exertion target article explains how the range moves.
03Vitals

Red marks a reading outside your range on the side that is worse for you.
The four tiles are HRV, RHR for resting heart rate, RR for respiratory rate, and SpO₂ for blood oxygen. Their units are milliseconds, beats per minute, breaths per minute, and percent.
The status under each value compares today's reading with your personal range. Usual means the reading falls inside that range. Above and Below mean it falls outside it. The status turns green when the reading is inside the range or on the better side of it, such as HRV above your range or resting heart rate below it. It turns red on the worse side. Respiratory rate turns red on either side. The bar on the side of the tile draws the range as a shaded band, with a dot for today's value. HRV and resting heart rate use your range over the last 30 days. If Titan does not yet have a range for a vital, the tile reads No range. The Vitals article explains how the ranges are set.
04Battery, Steps, Net Energy, Stress, and Zones

Compare today's Battery with your 7-day average.
Battery shows your Battery percentage as a bar, with your 7-day average below it.
Steps shows today's step count as a bar filling toward the daily step goal you set in Titan on iPhone.
Net Energy is the energy you ate today minus the energy you burned, with a plus or minus sign. It uses kcal or kJ to match the energy unit you chose on iPhone. See Net Energy for how Titan counts each side.
Stress shows today's Stress score. The Net Energy and Stress cards each add a small line marked 7d, which charts the past seven days once there are at least two days to draw.
Zones shows your total time in heart rate zones today, followed by the time in each of the five zones. With no zone time recorded today, the card reads No recorded zones.
05Trends and Workouts

1.63 is today's training load ratio.
Tap Trends to open a seven-day view that ends today, headed with a line such as "7 days to Sep 26". It starts with your training load ratio. Recovery, Sleep, Exertion, Battery, Net Energy, Steps, and Stress follow, each with today's value and a line chart of the week. The Trends row on Today shows your current training load ratio, or 7 Days when there is no ratio. The row appears once Titan has a training load ratio or at least two days of data to chart.
The Workouts row shows how many workouts you have recorded today. Tap it to see up to five of the most recent, each with the activity type, start time, duration, and energy burned. With no workouts today, the row shows 0 and does not open.
06Scores come from your iPhone
Titan on iPhone reads Apple Health, calculates your scores, and sends the results to the watch each time Today updates. The watch saves every update before it shows it. When you open the app, the last saved results appear at once, and the watch asks your iPhone for anything newer. It asks again when the date changes. To ask yourself, pull down on the screen or tap Refresh at the bottom.
The watch app does not read Apple Health or calculate scores on its own. Because every result is calculated on iPhone, your settings in Titan on iPhone apply on the watch too. The HRV method, your sleep tracker, your step goal, and your energy unit all carry over.
Refresh asks your iPhone for the latest results Titan has saved there. It does not make Titan on iPhone read Apple Health again. If a new workout or reading is missing from the watch, open Titan on iPhone and let Today update. The watch picks up the change once it arrives.
After midnight, the watch keeps the previous day's results until Titan on iPhone sends the new day's results. Titan Age keeps its scored week across days.
07When your iPhone is out of range
The watch opens with its last saved results even when your iPhone is switched off or out of range. While the watch is disconnected from your iPhone, watchOS shows a red iPhone icon with a line through it at the top of the screen.

Nothing is lost while your iPhone is away.
If the watch asks for new results and your iPhone does not answer, the message iPhone update unavailable appears above Refresh. Your saved results stay on screen. If the watch cannot set up its connection to your iPhone at all, the message reads iPhone connection unavailable.
When your iPhone is back in range, the watch asks for new results on its own. It updates any that changed and clears the message.
08Placeholders and No data

Open Titan on iPhone to send results.
A section that has not yet arrived from your iPhone keeps its normal layout, with gray placeholder bars where the values will go. Before the first update, the bottom of the screen reads No data received from iPhone.
Once a section has arrived, any value Titan on iPhone could not calculate reads No data. A score that is missing on iPhone is missing on the watch as well, and Health permissions covers the most common cause. If the watch stays behind your iPhone, see watch not updating.
09Smart Stack widgets

See scores without opening the app.
Titan also has widgets for the watchOS Smart Stack, including Recovery and Titan Age. They read the same saved results as the watch app. See watch widgets to add one.
10Stress alerts on your wrist
The Stress alert is the one Titan notification built for your wrist. Titan on iPhone checks your Stress each time it loads today's metrics, and your watch shows the alert the way it shows other iPhone notifications. To turn it on, tap your avatar on Today to open You, then tap the bell. Allow Notifications must be on first.
The alert fires when Stress reaches the Stress Alert Level, which defaults to 75 and ranges from 0 to 100. Titan skips it within 30 minutes of a workout ending and sends it at most once per hour. The number in the alert is your iPhone Stress score. More on every alert type is in notifications.
11Workout recording and settings
The Titan watch app does not record workouts. Use the Workout app or another workout app on your watch, and Titan picks up the session from Apple Health the next time Today updates on iPhone. See recording workouts on your watch.
The watch app has no settings screen. Change settings in Titan on iPhone, and they reach the watch with the next update.
